Collecting and Sending in the Money

Online Sponsorship Collection
We are not currently registered with JustGiving.com, but if you are able to raise more than £200 through your event, we will register with the website for two weeks leading up to, and two weeks following, your event to make it easier for you to collect donations. Registration with the site costs £15 per month plus an administration fee for Gift Aid claims, so we will limit the amount of time that we will sign up to the site to keep costs low and to ensure that as much of the money you raise goes directly on our work to promote archaeology.
How to Send in the Money
- Count up all the money raised
- Download and complete the money submission form as PDF (66KB) or Word .doc (282KB).
- Post back to York HQ with a cheque made payable to ‘The Council for British Archaeology’
- To make a credit card donation, contact the CBA finance department at the usual CBA address and be sure to tell us how you raised the money.
