Marsh Archaeology Award
Applications for the next Marsh Archaeology Award will be for 2012. When open, nomination information will be available on this page.
The 2011 Award was given to the Dartmoor Cairn Survey and Repair Project, who record and report on the condition of these prehistoric monuments as part of the conservation and protection process. The award was presented at the CBA’s Winter General Meeting.
In 2009 the Award was given to Sarah Dhanjal of University College London to recognise and promote her high quality and engaging education work to pass on archaeological knowledge and understanding about our cultural heritage to young people. The award was presented to Sarah at the 2009 TAG conference in Durham.
