3.3 Breakdown by Grouping

The following is an analysis of the survey responses by user group. It was decided to break down the responses by user group because many HEIRs develop with a target audience in mind, many of whom are quite unique in their user patterns. In the following sections a few of the user groups have been discussed in conjunction where it has been determined that their results compliment, enrich, or parallel each other.
