These user groups, along with Teachers and Lecturers are very computer savvy and well-adjusted to online knowledge gathering. They go online surprisingly frequently for information about archaeology and the historic environment, but are not equally frequent users of the HEIR resources listed in the survey.
6th Form College or High School students proved to be the most different group of all the user groups. What they found most useful was often the exact opposite of all other users. There is a marked change in needs between this group and Undergraduate students, the next closest in age.
