New British Archaeology Out Now!
The latest issue (no 115) of our British Archaeology magazine is out now, packed with all the usual features, with a focus on the ‘crisis’ affecting the display and burial of human remains, available in the shops from Friday 8 October.
We do hope you are enjoying the new layout of your magazine. In this issue, our other feature coverage includes Star Carr, Viking women in East Anglia and Bestwall Quarry in Dorset, revealing 8,000 years of human history.
Plus all the regular articles on Mick’s Travels with Time Team’s Mick Aston (in the North at Bamburgh and Lidisfarne), On the Web, Spoilheap, In View, Science and more.
British Archaeology is a bimonthly members’ magazine from the CBA that is also available by subscription, and in larger WHSmith stores, Borders and the best independent newsagents. Members will also receive the CBA Newsletter with this issue.
As always, the magazine contains Briefing, the CBA’s comprehensive list of fieldwork, conferences and other events or activities around the UK.
