Nominations for the Archaeological Achievement Awards are now open.

During the webinar Neil Redfern, CBA Executive Director, will introduce you to the awards, take you through the five different award categories and outline the cross-cutting themes. There will also be plenty of time for you to ask questions.

The webinar is free to attend and will take place on Zoom. 

The Awards are coordinated by the Council for British Archaeology (CBA) and celebrate the best of archaeology in the UK and Ireland through five categories:

  • Public Dissemination and Presentation
  • Learning, Training and Skills
  • Early Career Archaeologist
  • Engagement and Participation
  • Archaeology and Sustainability

The successful individual award winners will also be considered for the overall 2024 Outstanding Achievement Award.

Nominations close on Wednesday 25th September 2024 and the awards ceremony will be held at the Temple of Peace in Cardiff on Friday 22nd November 2024.
