Call for Papers
CBA Yorkshire invites submissions from students and recent graduates for its upcoming conference focused on archaeological research in Yorkshire. Papers may cover any period or topic related to Yorkshire-based sites and material culture.
Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts: Max 250 words, outlining objectives, methods, and findings
- Written Papers: 2,000–2,500 words (excluding references), following formatting guidelines
- Presentations: 20 minutes max, with accompanying PowerPoint
Accepted papers will be presented at the conference and published digitally.

- Abstract Deadline: 31 August 2025
- Notification of Acceptance: 20 September 2025
- Full Paper Deadline: 30 September 2025
- Presentation Submission Deadline: 11 October 2025
- Conference Date: 18 October 2025
