Leaving us a Legacy
Have you considered including a gift to the Council for British Archaeology in your will? Legacies can make a huge difference to our work. By providing for a good cause that is close to your heart, you can leave a mark on the world.
A charitable donation in your will that is free of inheritance tax can also help reduce the tax burden on your estate. In some instances, it need not have any effect on the inheritance you give to loved ones.
To leave a legacy to us, simply include details of the donation in your will. This can be done by writing a will or making an amendment to an existing will. Speak to your solicitor or professional advisor to find out more.
You can also contact us by email at [email protected] for a legacy pack or call us in confidence on 01904 671 417.
Remembering a Loved One
You can donate to the Council for British Archaeology as a special way to remember a loved one. Your donation will provide a lasting tribute and help us protect and promote the archaeology they cared about.
- A donation of £100 will help us to support a local branch of the Young Archaeologists' Club
- A donation of £500 will help us to provide a start-up grant for a Young Archaeologists' Club Branch
Please contact us on 01904 671 417 to talk through the options for making a donation in memory.
