Join Simon to celebrate the Winter Cross-Quarter Celtic festival within an ancient woodland. Immerse yourself in rural crafts, practical tasks, fire, heart, and feasting while camping on a real iron Age Fort from the native Celtic tribe. 

Volunteer roles:

Project tasks:

  • Draw knife bark peeling for timber building projects 
  • Charing timber building posts
  • Phase one of the underground sweat lodge excavations and sieving cob mix
  • Green woodwork for hedge laying posts
