Ran by an archaeologist, the blog 'Preowned Past' explores different facets of the cultural heritage market, including the trade in archaeological material (and dinosaurs!). Emily Peacock
Emily is a postgraduate researcher specialising in the buyers' end of the antiquities trade. She has a background in Roman archaeology and Cultural Heritage Management, and graduated with honours from the University of York. Her research focuses on the values underpinning collecting archaeological material, and she is a research assistant on the Transform Trafficking project based as the University of Maastricht in the Netherlands.
