Festival of Archaeology at Titchfield Haven

Join us for a special opportunity to explore many aspects of archaeology from the well known Rainbow Bar just outside our doors where many lithics are found, enjoy some very special workshops from willow basket weaving to talks on prehistoric stone tools. There will be a chance to have your finds identified by an expert finds officer, learn about intertidal archaeology and find out more about what was on the menu and what life was like many years ago. This event is supported by a collaboration of experienced individuals and is something to be enjoyed by the whole family.
