Step into the serene depths of Kents Cavern, Britain's Oldest Home and the birthplace of modern archaeology, for a truly unique wellbeing experience. As part of the Festival of Archaeology’s ‘Wellbeing’ theme, this guided yoga and meditation session invites you to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with yourself. Let the soft echo of water droplets and the natural contours of ancient cave walls guide your breath and still your mind. Surrounded by thousands of years of human history, allow yourself to fully unwind in a space shaped by time, silence, and peace.
