Join us for a FREE day of hands-on traditional crafts in our Festival of Archaeology Skills Day.
The event includes the opportunity to take part in three 90 minute long workshops covering Stone Carving, Lime Mortar/Pointing and Conservation Joinery (sash window conservation/repair), each delivered by an Historic Environment Division expert.
Spaces are limited, so be sure to book as early as possible.
For health and safety reasons, all participants must be aged 18 or over on the day of the event.
Please note that as a working environment, floor surfaces may be uneven and buildings will not be centrally heated or airconditioned, so please wear appropriate clothing and footwear.

Delegates will rotate through the three workshops throughout the day.

This event is delivered by the Historic Environment Division within the Department for Communities, the government lead on the historic environment of Northern Ireland.
