Gloucestershire Archaeology explores Glouscter city centre in Roman and Early Medieval times, hosted by Henry Hurst, Emeritus Reader in Classics at Cambridge University and notable local archaeologist.
All meetings will be in Cheltenham, both live and via zoom on Mondays and commence at 7.30 p.m. prompt.
Meetings are at St. Andrews United Reformed Church, Garden Room, Montpellier Street, GL50 1SP.
Henry will be present in the room and will have copies of his recent book: Gloucester: The Roman forum and post-Roman sequence at the city centre for sale on the night at the discount price of £20.
Members and non-members are free for the 2021-2022 this year thanks to an HLF post-COVID recovery grant. Fees will re-start for the 2022-2023 season.
