Festival of Archaeology at Arlington Court 2024

Runs throughout festival

Discover more about the medieval history of Arlington Court. This year we have worked with an Exeter University students to uncover more information about the medieval village which used to stand in the pleasure grounds before the Chichester's took on this family estate almost 600 years ago.

During this fortnight you will be able to learn more about the history of medieval Arlington and the archaeology here, discover what life may have been like for a person living in medieval Arlington, or pick up a free archaeology walk guide or spotter activity sheet from reception.
