Make a 'Bronze Age' beaker at Burghfield Common Library

10:30 AM

Children are invited to join West Berkshire Council's Assistant Archaeologist, Beth Asbury, to make their own Bronze Age beaker-inspired air-drying clay pot. All materials will be provided and you will have a pot to take home at the end.

Suitable for ages 4+.

This activity is inspired by West Berkshire Museum's 'Focus On the Eastern Parishes' exhibition, which explores the history and archaeology of Burghfield, Beech Hill and Wokefield. The exhibition runs until 22 September 2024: https://tinyurl.com/494vmcdu.
