Opportunities include:
- Museum Attendants – Greet visitors, share stories, and assist in the gift shop.
- Collections Care – Help catalogue and preserve museum objects.
- Marketing and Digital – Create content, manage social media, and support online outreach.
- Events and Fundraising – Organise book sales, concerts, and workshops.
- Remote Volunteering – Contribute to research, admin, and digital projects from anywhere.
- Education and Outreach – Develop learning resources and support school visits.
- Maintenance and Groundskeeping – Keep the museum space welcoming and sustainable.
Training is provided, and time commitments are flexible. Volunteering at Groam House is a chance to gain experience, meet new people, and support a unique cultural institution.
