Volunteering with the Newport Medieval Ship Project
The Newport Medieval Ship Project welcomes volunteers from all backgrounds to support its work preserving and interpreting the 15th-century ship remains. Volunteers contribute in a variety of ways, including:
- Helping maintain the Ship Centre
- Assisting with public engagement and visitor services
- Supporting administrative tasks such as PR and business operations
No specific experience is required—just enthusiasm and a willingness to help. Volunteers play a key role in keeping the Centre open and accessible, especially on Fridays and Saturdays.
