Kingston Museum’s Saxon Fayre is a celebration of the daily life of the Anglos Saxon's.
This Anglo Saxon Fayre will bring to life the people, crafts and skills employed during the Saxon period for people to connect with this significant period in the borough’s history. This year’s events theme is food, community and lifestyle of the Anglo Saxons. Throughout the day there will be demonstrations, performances and a parade.
This event builds on a successful Saxon Fayre in the market place in 2024 and the two day event in Canbury Gardens - Athel’s Town: Saxon Encampment and Reenactment, as part of Kingston 2025.
