Sutton Hoo is an art lover's and archaeologist’s dream! From the remarkable historic landscape to the extraordinary discoveries unearthed here, its Anglo-Saxon heritage and striking architecture offer further inspiration for creativity and interpretation. Try your hand at watercolour painting, pastel drawing or pencil sketching of the views over the valley or Tranmer House itself. All resources will be provided, and our fabulous team of art volunteers will be on hand to offer advice and encouragement.
