Over the last 50 years, exploration of the fields of Leicestershire and Rutland has transformed what we know about the area’s archaeology.
This special exhibition at Harborough Museum delves into the discoveries and people that helped put the region at the forefront of community archaeology in Britain.
There are also satellite displays around Leicestershire at Donington Le Heath, Bosworth Battlefield Centre, Kirby Muxloe Library, Loughborough Library, Melton Mowbray Library, Melton Carnegie Museum and Oadby Library
