Whats not to treasure - Giselle Király

I am a Commercial Fieldwork Project Officer and Human Osteologist for PCAS Archaeology, working in the field on sites around the UK and analysing skeletal assemblages ranging from the Iron Age to Medieval.

I also work with Operation Nightingale (MoD), where I continue to help veterans in their road to recovery through archaeology, excavating Bronze Age barrows, Anglo-Saxon cemeteries, prison hulk burials, and World War II Nissen hut foundations. I am one of the archaeologists for the newly revived Time Team and lecture frequently around the country, promoting the concept that ‘anyone can dig’, from veterans with low mental health, to neurodivergent people, to people with physical differences, anyone can take part in archaeology.
