On the ground

Buckinghamshire Council Archaeology Day

11:00 AM

Join us at North Marston, the focus of Buckinghamshire's medieval pilgrimage route, to learn about the archaeology and history of Bucks.

Stalls from the council's Heritage and Archaeology Teams, the Bucks and Milton Keynes Finds Liaison Officer, the Young Archaeologists Club and more will showcase the county's rich heritage. Learn how medieval pilgrims headed to North Marston to visit John Schorne's well, take part in a guided walk around the village, learn more about the Buckinghamshire Council Local Heritage List project, take part in our family activities, or bring along your mysterious objects for identification.
