2024 Festival of Archaeology Finale - Hardwick Hall

10:00 AM

Join the CBA for a family fun-filled finale to this year's amazing Festival of Archaeology at the National Trust's Hardwick Hall, celebrating archaeology & community through hands-on and awe-inspiring activities for all!

In addition to having ago at being an archaeologist in our test pits, you can discover the life and times of Bess of Hardwick trough our re-enactors' stories of her maid and personal secretary, try your hand at weaving on a loom or writing with a quill and, for the adventurous, mount your hobby-horse and practice your Tudor jousting technique on our quintains! We'll be sharing more details of the event soon so keep checking this page for more information.
