From Anglo-Saxon origins to medieval bell-casting, come and learn about the extraordinary findings of the College Hall Undercroft excavation at Worcester Cathedral. This event sees the re-launch of the traditional annual symposium to coincide with the Festival of Archaeology.

Join us in the Abbot's Kitchen of the Old Bishop's Palace in-person (day ticket £30 with lunch) or remotely (£10 to live stream - link to follow). Tea and coffee will be provided throughout the day, with a semi-seated lunch of sandwiches etc.
If you booked and paid to attend the 2020 symposium which was unfortunately cancelled, please email and we will issue a refund against this year’s ticket price.
Funds raised through this event will support the Cathedral’s ongoing running and renovation costs, wherever those funds can be most effective.
