Come celebrate the Festival of Archaeology 2022 at Bellaghy Bawn on Friday 22nd and Saturday 23rd July 2022 from 10am-4pm. With free entry into the museum, take part in family friendly, activities for all including: living histories, blacksmithing, flint knapping, site tours, and traditional games.
There will also be talks on the recent archaeological excavations along the A6 Londonderry to Dungiven Road scheme. At 11am on both days, there will be a talk on the Prehistoric Archaeology found, while at 2pm there will be talks on the Historic Archaeology. Come along to find out what was uncovered!
