In anticipation of upcoming changes to the planning system, the CBA stands with colleagues from various environmental organisations, emphasising the importance of integrating climate change considerations into planning policies. Addressing climate-driven imperatives is vital for the contemporary generation’s contribution to the archaeological record above ground.

We are proud to support and have signed the letter to Rt Hon Angela Rayner MP, advocating for robust planning policies that prioritise climate action. It's crucial that the planning system contributes to tackling climate change and championing archaeology.
