Trustee – Council for British Archaeology

The Council for British Archaeology is seeking new Trustees to join its Board. If you have the skills and knowledge to help propel the CBA into its next phase of development, we’d love to hear from you.

The CBA Board of Trustees oversees the strategic and financial management of the organisation. Trustees help shape the CBA’s vision and strategy, ensure financial oversight, and confirm the organisation is fulfilling its obligations as a charity.

Trustees serve an initial 3-year term, with the option to stand for re-election.
Appointments are made via nomination; if nominations exceed vacancies, a ballot will be held at the AGM.
These are unpaid voluntary roles, but travel and accommodation expenses are covered when incurred in the role.

We are particularly keen to receive nominations from individuals with experience or interest in:

Communications and Marketing
Safeguarding
